Brick O’Neal® Black Lava Salt Cured Black Garlic is farm grown by friends at Lost Hills Farm in Schellsburg, PA, and shipping to our custom design micro processing facility in Luray, SC where select bulbs are picked for the fermentation process. After the fermentation process is complete. We lightly sprinkle our imported Hawaiian Black Lava a Salt and allow the garlic to finish its final stages curing before packaging.

We can not guarantee that ever bulb will look the same, but we can guarantee that ever clove will be soft, savior, and presentation ready. If there is any Brick O’Neal® product that doesn’t meet your satisfaction.
